Welcome to Wicked Cat™. We are delighted to offer hand-illustrated, unique products. We offer Free Ground Shipping via USPS for all U.S. orders. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
1. Shipping
We offer free shipping via USPS ground, to locations within the United States. USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days.
Standard order to delivery time is 6-8 business days.
We recommend placing an order at least 1 week before your desired delivery date.
2. Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping options. Because all products are made to order, with love, expedited shipping does not speed up the production process and does not guarantee products will arrive faster.
3. Order Processing
- Order is placed.
- Order is routed production 1 hour after it is received.
- Orders in the production phase cannot be canceled.
- Production times typically fall between 2-3 days. Higher production periods, like holidays, can increase production times.
- Order is packaged for shipping.
- Order is shipped.
Orders are produced and shipped from one of our production facilities located in the United States.
