1. Made to Order

All products are made to order with attention to detail. Production begins only after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures every item is created just for you.

2. Order Processing

Orders are automatically routed to production one hour after purchase. Production generally takes 2–3 business days.
Please note: Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

3. Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping via USPS on all U.S. orders.

• Typical delivery time is 6–8 business days from the order date.

• We recommend placing your order at least 1 week before your desired delivery date.

• Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

4. Holiday Season Notice

During the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays. To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place all orders by December 9th.
