Return Policy

At Wicked Cat™, we care deeply about your experience and want you to love your purchase. Because all of our products are made to order, returns must be reviewed and approved. Please read the policy below for guidance.

1. General

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Incorrect product received

  • Poor product or print quality

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A photo of the product/issue must be included in your request.

All return requests must be emailed to support@wickedcat.co. Once approved, items should be mailed to:

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.

3. Replacements

If your return is approved due to one of the reasons above, we will process a replacement order for you at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

If you have shipped an item back to us, we’ll notify you once it’s received and inspected. You’ll be informed if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wickedcat.co
