How do I know my payment information is secure?
Wickedcat.co is powered by Shopify. After an order is placed, payment
information is processed securely through Shopify’s payment processing system.
We do not store or receive the full details of a customer’s method of
payment.
*When shopping online, to ensure your connection is secure,
check for a closed lock icon in your browser's address bar—this indicates that
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is active, safeguarding the transmission of your
information. Additionally, make sure the page URL begins with "https"
for a secure browsing experience. Most browsers also provide extra security
alerts for your protection.
Can I expedite my order?
All products are made to order, meaning, a product doesn’t go into production
until it is ordered. We don’t have a warehouse stocked with inventory ready for
immediate shipping. Production times vary, but typically fall between 2-3 days.
Unfortunately, we can’t expedite the production process. Therefore, we do not
recommend opting in to pay additionally for expediting shipping which USPS
guarantees by only a difference of 1 or 2 days. This production practice
supports our commitment to sustainability practices as well as meets
operational needs required in order to remain in business. Additionally, you
know that your product was made, just for you!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are automatically routed to production 1 hour after the order is placed.
This is to ensure your order begins its journey from production to shipping
efficiently, making its way to your door as quickly as possible. Orders cannot
be canceled once they go into production.
Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping work?
We offer free standard shipping, via USPS, to anywhere in
the United States. From order to delivery typically takes 6-8 business days. We
recommend placing an order at least 1 week before your desired delivery date.
(Note: Holidays can impact production and shipping times)
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You
can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier. Please
make sure your email address is entered correctly to ensure you get any
information related to your order.
Product Information
How are your products made?
All products are made to order, meaning, a product doesn’t go into production
until it is ordered. We partner exclusively with U.S.-based suppliers who meet
our standards for quality, cost, and location. While some materials are sourced
internationally, every product is designed, produced, and shipped in the United
States.
Where do I find productinformation about size, materials, and care?
You’ll find detailed information about the product, materials, features, and
related size charts on their product page.
How are the designs onproducts created?
Each design is thoughtfully created/illustrated by Cat
Carbone, who brings originality and artistry to every piece. All designs are
hand-illustrated, ensuring unique products with a personal touch. Every
design is exclusive to Wicked Cat. If you see one of our products/designs for
sale on any platform, other than our website or directly on our shop page on
Etsy, it is NOT an authentic Wicked Cat product. If you see Wicked Cat designs
being copied and sold through another platform, please report this information
to contact@wickedcat.co.
This helps to protect the business, and especially the
artist. Unfortunately, designs being stolen/replicated and sold at cheaper
prices through online retailers (often based overseas) have become common
place. These replicas are of poor quality and not reflective of the actual
product created by the original artist. You can help protect artists,
designers, and their small businesses by not buying from these types of online
retailers and/or reporting the product in question. The community of authentic
creators truly appreciates your support!
Are designs made by artificial intelligence (AI)?
No. All designs are original and illustrated in our Virginia based studio. AI is occasionally used for idea generation, streamlining internal processes, and other operational procedures. None of our products feature a design exclusively generated by AI.
Pricing
How do you determine your prices?
Pricing is based on the following factors:
- Cost of Goods/Materials/Production
- Vendor pricing/adjustments
- Shipping rates (determined by the USPS)
- Operational Costs
We maintain transparency in practices and offer fair pricing while trying to keep it simple. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly!
Some of your products areavailable on Etsy. Why are some products priced higher on Etsy than on yourwebsite?
Platforms like Etsy charged their sellers additional fees on every listing as well as on each sale. Pricing on partner platforms may be different in order to make up for these additional fees. We would rather maintain lower prices directly than raise all prices on our website in order to meet the requirements of third-party platforms some of our products are available through.
